Stainless steel screws are made of materials containing nickel to eight nickel or more, called SUS304 standard.
At present, the frequency of using stainless steel screws in major industries in China is increasing.
The mechanical properties of stainless steel screws are slightly different from those of carbon steel, and they are mostly used in environments with anti-corrosion requirements.
The surface can achieve a good anti-rust effect without processing.

(1) There is no correct understanding of the mechanical properties and specifications of stainless steel screws.
In the production, the length and thread size of the stainless steel screw should be selected according to the actual requirements.
It is best to expose one or two teeth after the bolt passes through the equipment and is locked with a nut from the other side.
Stainless steel is a kind of material that is relatively easy to be heated. There will be some connection with the weather temperature in actual operation.
The biggest reason for lockup is that the product temperature rises too fast and too high.
Therefore, the stainless steel screw should be kept away from high temperature during the storage process.
(2) The stainless steel screws are not carefully cleaned during production or storage.
If there are iron filings in the threads that are not cleaned or other foreign objects appear during storage, they will lock up as long as they are matched with the nut.
The fit of an external thread and internal thread is actually much more precise than we thought.
(3) Too much force or too fast screwing speed is also prone to lockup. The bolts should be installed with even force as much as possible during operation.
Excessive force or too fast speed will cause the temperature of the stainless steel screw to rise too fast and cause the bolt to lock. Try not to use electric tools to operate.
(4) The direction of the force angle is wrong. In use, the nut must be screwed perpendicularly to the axis of the stainless steel screw. Once it is tilted, it is easy to lock.
